At CanizDMS, our goal is to provide high-quality, results-driven web design and SEO services for the automotive industry. Due to the customized nature of our services, we maintain a fair and transparent refund policy outlined below.

2. No Refunds for Completed Work

As our services involve significant time, creative strategy, and resource allocation, we do not offer refunds once:

  • A project has been fully completed, or

  • A deliverable (such as a website or SEO campaign) has been approved or deployed by the client.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Projects

If you choose to cancel a project before work has begun, a full refund may be issued, minus any payment processing fees (typically 3–5%).

If a project is canceled after work has started but before completion, we may issue a partial refund, determined by:

  • The stage of the project at cancellation

  • Time and resources already allocated

  • Any third-party costs already incurred

In such cases, CanizDMS reserves the right to deduct a reasonable service fee (typically 25–50% of the total project fee).

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstance:

  • Custom web design or development work already delivered

  • Domain registration, hosting, or software purchases made on your behalf

  • SEO services or campaigns that have already commenced

  • Retainers or deposits for monthly maintenance or recurring services

5. Changes and Revisions

We are committed to your satisfaction. Reasonable revisions are included in most service packages and will be clearly defined in your service agreement or invoice. However, once a project is approved or signed off, further changes may be billed additionally.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Service

To initiate a refund request or project cancellation, please email canizdms@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your full name or business name

  • Project or invoice number

  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

  • Any supporting documentation, if applicable

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, we encourage open communication to resolve issues professionally. If necessary, disputes may be escalated through written communication or, if unresolved, referred to a legal or mediation process in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada.
